What We’re Looking For Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Utilization Management Data Analyst to join our team! The Utilization Management Data Analyst supports operational, financial, and health outcome performance improvement initiatives within the Utilization Management team. This role gathers and documents requirements from clinical and business stakeholders, develops and tests dashboards and reports, and helps ensure ongoing data quality and integrity. The role collaborates with IT and informatics teams to align work with enterprise data strategy and needs. Additionally, the Utilization Management Data Analyst assists in training colleagues on the use and interpretation of dashboards as they are produced.
