Job Purpose Own end-to-end UI/UX design—from understanding users and defining information architecture to delivering high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and evolving a consistent design system that improves usability and accessibility. Job Duties and Responsibilities User-centered UI/UX design User flows & high-fidelity UI design Prototyping (Figma, InVision, ProtoPie) Stakeholder alignment via clickable prototypes User research (interviews, surveys) Usability testing & iterative improvement Information architecture & wireframing Design systems (tokens/components) Accessibility (WCAG) Cross-functional collaboration (product & engineering) Analytical problem-solving Clear stakeholder communication Required Qualifications Figma proficiency Prototyping (InVision/ProtoPie) experience User research skills (interviews, surveys) Wireframing & information architecture experience Design systems experience (tokens/components) Accessibility knowledge (WCAG) User empathy and customer-focused mindset Strong analytical problem-solving Excellent communication with stakeholders Proven collaboration with product and engineering Ability to create clickable prototypes for alignment
