Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking guidance related to Medicaid planning, estate planning, asset protection, long-term care planning, and special needs planning. This is a client-facing, conversation-driven role that directly impacts both the client experience and the firm's growth. The individuals and families who contact our firm are often overwhelmed, confused about complex planning issues, or anxious about protecting their assets and loved ones. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST/EDT Monthly Compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Deliver a professional and compassionate client experience on every interaction. Follow established systems, scripts, workflows, and training protocols. Schedule consultations with attorneys and advisors when appropriate. Answer inbound calls promptly, professionally, and with empathy. Conduct follow-up calls with prospective clients. Gather and verify financial, personal, and situational information accurately. Identify the nature of each caller's legal concerns Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records and notes. Qualify prospective clients according to firm guidelines and established criteria. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in intake, customer service, client services, call center, or phone-based client support roles. Current experience working in a law firm is preferred.
