Job Description: At Job Duck , we are seeking an experienced California Trust Administration Paralegal who is passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal matters and ensuring cases move forward efficiently and accurately. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys taking ownership of their caseload, collaborating closely with attorneys, and providing exceptional support throughout every stage of the legal process. You will play a critical role in trust administration, trust management, conservatorship matters, case strategy development, legal document preparation, and client communication. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
