What You Will Own Gym, Studio, and Enterprise product engineering You will lead engineering for the products and platforms that support the operational needs of gyms, studios, and enterprise fitness operators. You will ensure teams have clear ownership, sound technical direction, and strong execution across staff-facing workflows, platform capabilities, integrations, and enterprise account needs. You will be accountable for ensuring these platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, and positioned to support the evolving needs of ABC Fitness customers. AI-enabled SDLC transformation You will lead the AI-enabled transformation of software development lifecycle practices within the Gym, Studio, and Enterprise engineering organization. In partnership with the VP focused on engineering enablement, peer VPs, and senior technical leaders, you will help your teams adopt shared tools, practices, and operating models that improve productivity, quality, delivery predictability, documentation, testing, release management, and production support.
