The VP of Enterprise Architecture & AI is a strategic technology leader responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the end-to-end enterprise architecture for the organization. This role reports into the CIO and oversees all architectural domains—business, application, data, integration, and infrastructure—with a specialized focus on AI, intelligent automation, and emerging agentic platforms. This executive will shape our multi-year architecture roadmap, ensure technology alignment with business strategy, and guide the adoption of modern architectures that drive scale, resilience, innovation, and operational efficiency. What you'll get to do: Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy across all architectural domains. Establish the enterprise blueprint for AI-enabled transformation, agent-based systems, and next-generation automation. Govern standards, patterns, and principles across applications, data, cloud, and integration platforms. Partner with senior leadership to ensure technology architecture supports the technology investments and business priorities. Oversee end-to-end AI architecture, including LLM platforms, model governance, orchestration frameworks, and data pipelines. Develop and maintain the enterprise technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience. Enable cross-functional alignment with engineering, security, data, and product organizations.
