What You’ll Do As Vice President of Finance, you will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team and trusted partner to the CFO, helping shape the Company's financial strategy, operating performance, and long-term growth. You will lead Finance, overseeing planning, forecasting, performance management, strategic finance, and business analytics while providing that support decision-making across the enterprise. Working closely with leaders across Operations, Clinical, Growth, Accounting, Actuarial Services, and BD, you will drive enterprise decision-making through data-driven insights, disciplined resource allocation, and rigorous performance management. As an extension of the CFO, you will regularly engage with executives, the Board, investors, and lenders while helping build the people, processes, and capabilities needed to support a high-growth healthcare organization. Over time, this individual will assume increasingly broad enterprise leadership responsibilities and serve as a key member of the Company's future leadership bench.
