Job Summary The Vice President (VP) of Finance is a key member of Centerstone’s financial leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). The VP of Finance provides strategic financial leadership, analytical insight, and operational oversight across the organization’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. This role partners closely with the CAO, CFO, and other senior leaders to drive financial excellence, optimize performance, and support data-informed decision-making across all markets and service lines. The VP of Finance will play a critical role in aligning financial strategies with Centerstone’s mission, vision, and long-term growth objectives. Essential Job Functions Strategic Financial Leadership Partner with the CAO and CFO to define and execute financial strategies that support Centerstone’s strategic goals, mission delivery, and sustainable growth. Provide expert guidance and analysis to senior leadership to support organizational decision-making, forecasting, and resource allocation. Lead development of multi-year financial plans and long-range forecasts to ensure fiscal sustainability and mission alignment. Support the CAO in maintaining a strong internal control environment and compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and audit requirements. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with operational and regional leaders. Develop and refine key financial metrics and performance dashboards to monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
