The VP, Head of Digital for CRO is a product-led technology executive responsible for defining and delivering the digital strategy, platforms, and operating model that power Equinix's global revenue engine. Reporting to the Chief Digital & Innovation Officer and partnering closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, this leader serves as the primary technology and innovation partner to the CRO and owns the end-to-end digital product portfolio across the customer lifecycle, spanning Lead-to-Cash, customer success, renewals, partner ecosystem, and digital channels, with full accountability for product strategy, engineering delivery, platform operations, and business outcomes. This executive will lead one of Equinix's most strategic transformation programs, driving revenue growth, seller productivity, customer and partner experience, and an AI-first commercial operating model. Partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, and Business Operations, they will ensure technology, process, data, and operating models evolve together to create lasting competitive advantage.
