Position Overview: FastSpring is seeking a Vice President, Product Management to lead product strategy and drive innovation in a high-velocity global environment of a PE-backed Merchant of Record. This role will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of products that enable our sellers to scale, optimize revenue, and operate seamlessly across markets. As the leader of the Product Management function, you will lead a lean, high-impact team where strategic clarity is our greatest lever. In our growing environment, success is not about growth at all costs. It comes from mastery of the Product Operating Model and disciplined, data-driven trade-offs. Reporting to the CPTO, you are a product leader with payments expertise and a sophisticated understanding of modern commerce ecosystems, with exposure to embedded finance, SaaS platforms, or related domains. This is a true player-coach role. You are equally comfortable developing talent as you are rolling up your sleeves to personally own critical workstreams or translate complex technical requirements into customer-centric solutions. You will be expected to lead from the front by working directly with customers, teams, and tools to prototype, test, and refine both products and how we build them. You will also play a key role in evolving how product development operates at FastSpring by incorporating more automated, intelligence-assisted, and high-leverage approaches across the lifecycle while maintaining a pragmatic, execution-first mindset.
