YOUR ROLE: We are seeking a creative, data-driven Video Ad Designer to own the creative behind our paid acquisition. You'll produce high-performing video ads for pre-roll, native, and digital campaigns on premium platforms, building conversion-focused creative from our existing content library — and helping plan and produce ad-specific shoots when a campaign needs original footage. This role sits where creative craft meets performance marketing: you'll test constantly, analyse campaign KPIs in real time, and feed what you learn straight back into the next round of creative. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Concept, design, and produce video advertising for pre-roll, native, and digital campaigns across premium ad platforms. Help plan and produce ad-specific shoots — creative briefs, shot lists, and direction on what the ads need — working alongside the crew who films them. Build motion graphics, animated titles, overlays, and end cards that make our creative stand out in crowded placements. Ve
