We produce high-volume direct-response video content for paid social and organic channels, and we're building a team of rockstar editors to help us ship 100+ video assets per week without sacrificing quality, speed, or storytelling.</p> <p>This is not a slow, academic editing role. It's a high-output creative role for a fast, organized, performance-minded editor who can turn raw ideas, scripts, AI-generated footage, voiceovers, hooks, and direct-response frameworks into ads that feel native, polished, and conversion-focused. You'll work closely with the Head of Performance Creative.</p> <p>Compensation is paid in USD: $1,500 to $3,000 per month base depending on experience, plus bonus potential up to $4,000 per month for A+ performance. This is a 1099 contractor, fully remote role. It begins with a 60-day paid trial, after which successful candidates become eligible for bonus compensation and paid time off. Our team runs on PST and we require at least 4 hours of daily overlap.</p> <p>What you'll do: edit and assemble performance-focused video ads for paid social and other growth channels; work from creative briefs, scripts, raw footage, AI-generated clips, voiceovers, and brand guidelines; build strong hooks, maintain pacing, and add accurate captions with no grammar mistakes; select music and sound effects, incorporate B-roll and AI-generated footage, and ensure every asset feels cohesive from hook to CTA; and maintain a clean editing workflow, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively.</p> <p>Required: fluent in at least one major editing workflow (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or comparable); fluent, near-native English is mandatory, with accurate captions and comfort on te
