This is a hands-on editing role for someone who understands how to turn raw footage into content that captures attention and keeps viewers watching . What You’ll Own Video Editing & Content Creation Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content Work with tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve Create both short-form and long-form content Maintain strong pacing, story structure, and visual flow Select the strongest footage, cuts, and moments to maximize viewer attention Ensure every final edit meets brand and quality standards Reels, TikTok & Short-Form Content Create platform-native videos for: Instagram Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts LinkedIn Social media campaigns Optimize edits for: Strong opening hooks Audience retention Watch time Engagement Fast pacing Mobile-first viewing Understand how editing styles differ across platforms and adapt content accordingly.
