About the Role MrBeast is looking for a data-driven, creative, and fast-paced Video Editor to join our Content & Post-Production team working on the MrBeast Reacts channel. This role is for a master-level editor who lives and breathes YouTube culture, capable of transforming raw multi-cam reaction feeds into hyper-engaging content that keeps millions of viewers locked in. You will thrive in a high-feedback environment, balancing aggressive production schedules with a relentless obsession for frame-by-frame pacing and audience retention. What You'll Do Cut and assemble raw multi-cam reaction footage, seamlessly balancing primary talent commentary, PIP source media, and visual punch-ins. Engineer high-retention video intros and hooks that immediately fulfill title and thumbnail promises within the first 30 seconds. Execute hyper-fast pacing, comedic timing, and visual pop-ups, including kinetic typography, memes, and custom tracking graphics.
