We’re looking for a Visual Design Lead with experience leading creative teams, developing concepts and brand identities, and overseeing the visual execution of campaigns, digital products, and presentations, ensuring alignment with both client and federal standards. This candidate would need production experience and the ability to design across a variety of mediums (i.e., digital, print, animations, production cycle and materials). You will be successful in this role if you are a self-starter with the ability to think future-forward on design strategy and leverage AI tools to accelerate the design process. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing in Figma, Adobe Creative suite, and proficiency in creating video animations.
