VP, Employer Sales - East

Who we want This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a VP, Mid-Market Sales in the East region, you’ll report directly to the SVP, Mid-Market Sales. As an integral member of our sales leadership team, you will have the responsibility of managing a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives. Your team will focus on sales within the 50 to 9,999 life segment, making significant contributions to our overall growth and success. What you will do Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the East Region, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence,
