VP, Finance

Job Summary: Reporting to the Group Leader, this role leads and manages all financial aspects for the group unit and supports 6 business units. The Group VP Finance will have overall responsibility for the financial operations of the group, including finance and accounting, compliance with statutory requirements, corporate governance, risk management, and legal for the businesses. Additionally, you will be required to take on an Integration Finance Manager role to oversee business integration activities for newly acquired entities in the market and drive AI adoption within the finance team of the group. Each business unit, depending on the size and financial viability, will have a finance lead to be the business partner to each General Manager. These finance leader roles have a dotted line to the Group VP Finance to facilitate best practice sharing, process improvement and implementation of group-wide projects.
