VP PRODUCT – AI FOR PRECISION MEDICINE THE ROLE We are looking for a senior, software-native execution leader with strong medical domain expertise to join our leadership team and report directly to the Founder & CEO. This role combines product leadership with strong operational execution and medical understanding. This role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on operational execution. You will take ownership of how software products and projects are built, delivered, and scaled at Mindpeak. YOUR MISSION Your mission is to ensure that strategy turns into reliable execution. You will build and scale the operating backbone of our software organization by introducing clear ownership, predictable delivery, and sustainable leadership structures. At the same time, you genuinely enjoy enabling others. You see developing junior leaders not as a side task, but as a central responsibility. You actively coach, mentor, and empower team leads to grow into confident, accountable, high-performing managers. THIS MEANS: - Bringing clarity to priorities: grounded in medical relevance and real clinical impact - Introducing pragmatic, software-native processes suited for regulated medical AI - Ensuring commitments are met and accountability is lived across teams - Embedding execution discipline into daily operations without creating bureaucracy - Actively mentoring and enabling junior leaders, helping them grow into confident, capable decision-makers You are someone who does not just design systems, you make them stick.
