In this role, you’ll be part of the Water IT team, which supports all technology used across the Fort Worth Water Utility, including systems that serve our customers directly. As the Utility Billing Systems Administrator will lead a team that is responsible for the full lifecycle management of systems in the Utility Billing ecosystem (CIS, IVR, Customer Portal, etc.) This position has the potential to evolve and gain knowledge in additional areas of AMI, MDM, and Field Service. This position is located onsite in Fort Worth, Texas. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Five (5) years of professional experience information/application systems support work, with two (2) years of administrative and supervisory responsibility. Valid Texas Driver’s License Participate in a 24 x 7 on call rotation Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with technologies utilized by the Meter to Cash business processes in a water utility including Billing, Contact Center, AMI/MDM, Field Service, etc. Demonstrated knowledge of Utility Billing processes, workflows, and procedures W
