You'll be responsible for managing a globally-dispersed team developers while driving strategy, execution, and technical excellence across all web properties. This role is practice-facing, and will help our practices understand our approach to web.</p><p></p><p><strong>This is a remote role supporting US clients. </strong></p><p></p><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong></p><ul><li>Expert-level proficiency in Webflow WordPress development and administration</li><li>Extensive experience with complex website migrations (platform migrations, domain transfers, content restructuring)</li><li>Strong command of web design principles, UX best practices, and SEO fundamentals</li><li>Proven ability to build and implement automations (Zapier, Make, custom scripts, API integrations)</li><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design</li><li>Understanding of web performance optimization and analytics</li></ul><p><strong>Leadership Management:</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of web development experience with 4+ years in a management role</li><li>Demonstrated success leading and mentoring developers</li><li>Experience managing remote, globally
