Overview This is a project-based contract role, work arrives in batches as new pages and sites are designed, and you implement them in Webflow. Six months in, success looks like this: a smooth, repeatable handoff pipeline where design files and generated code go in one end and polished, responsive, live Webflow pages come out the other with minimal back-and-forth and no loss of design fidelity. You'll be our go-to Webflow authority, trusted to make the right calls on structure, reusability, and what belongs in native Webflow versus custom code. Key Responsibilities Translate HTML/CSS/JS files generated with Claude into well-structured Webflow builds preserving layout, responsiveness, interactions, and visual fidelity. Own the Webflow architecture: a clean class system, reusable components, and a style guide that keeps builds consistent as the site grows. Set up and manage CMS collections and dynamic content where pages call for it. Use custom code embeds, attributes, and integrations judiciously where Webflow's native tools fall short.
