What You’ll Do Architect Complex Solutions: Design and configure multi-dimensional models, sheets, and dashboards that handle the intricacies of global business. Bridge the Ecosystem: Ensure seamless data integrity by aligning Adaptive Planning with Workday HCM and Financial Management. Lead the Full Lifecycle: Take full ownership of medium-to-large projects (Acquisitions, Phase X, etc.) from initial scoping and discovery through to Go-Live. Master the Data Flow: Architect integrations between Workday and external data sources using advanced ETL methodologies. Elevate the Team: Act as a hands-on mentor for less experienced consultants, contributing to our internal knowledge base and refining our "Kognitiv Point of View." Technical Skills: Adaptive Modeling Mastery: Extensive, direct hands-on experience configuring within an Adaptive instance (sheet modeling, structure modeling, and creating sophisticated OfficeConnect reports). Note: While an FP&A background is a plus, end-user experience alone is not sufficient. Workday Report Writing: Working knowledge and comfort writing Workday reports to fetch ledger account, level, dimension, attribute, income statement, balance sheet, and position data.
