Workday Configuration Lead - Recruiting, Onboarding & Talent Management

Job Description Summary ‎ The Workday Configuration Lead is responsible for leading the configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management solutions. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for talent-related Workday functionality and partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions that enhance the employee lifecycle experience. The ideal candidate possesses deep Workday configuration expertise, strong project leadership skills, and a passion for driving process improvements through technology. This position will lead system enhancements, support strategic HR initiatives, and ensure Workday capabilities align with organizational goals. ‎ How will you make an impact & Requirements ‎ Key Responsibilities Workday Configuration Leadership Lead the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management modules. Configure and maintain business processes, condition rules, notifications, questionnaires, security roles, and related system functionality. Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions that align with HR and organizational strategies. Establish configuration standards, documentation practices, and governance procedures. Recruiting Manage and optimize Workday Recruiting processes from candidate application through hire. Configure recruiting workflows, candidate stages, interview processes, offer generation, and communication templates. Partner with Talent Acquisition to improve recruiter efficiency, hiring manager experience, and candidate engagement. Support recruiting compliance and reporting requirements. Onboarding Lead configuration and enhancement of Workday Onboarding processes and employee transition activities.
