Job Summary We are looking for a Workday Interface Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs, with strong attention to reliability, security, and data quality. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Workday integrations in production, navigates Workday’s tenant model and security framework with confidence, and writes well-structured Studio integrations that are easy to maintain. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Five or more years of Workday integration development experience. Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
