This role is for a self-starter who can confidently lead projects from design through deployment across multiple, concurrent clients. You’ll be the trusted expert responsible for turning client requirements into best-in-class Workday solutions. What You'll Own Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global customers, adapting flexibly to their evolving needs across various HCM module(s). Strategic Consulting: Conduct detailed working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements. You’ll assess needs, propose alternative solutions, and advise clients on Workday best practices and process improvements. Project Leadership: Lead medium to high-complexity projects (like acquisitions or Phase X rollouts) through the full lifecycle, managing scope, quality, and timelines with no supervision. Delivery Excellence: Drive high client satisfaction by building strong relationships and consistently delivering impeccable service, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) like utilization and CSAT scores.
