Learn more at ABOUT THE JOB Because this is a newly created role, the successful candidate must bring strong, hands-on experience configuring Workday Talent modules and business processes. As Marathon Health 's functional subject matter expert for the Workday Talent suite, this individual will be responsible for ensuring talent processes are configured, optimized, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs from day one. This role combines Workday Talent expertise with business process design, analytics, and continuous improvement to deliver an exceptional experience for leaders and teammates. The specialist is responsible for configuring, administering, optimizing, and continuously enhancing Workday Talent modules, including Performance, Goals, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and future Talent capabilities.
