Your Impact and Responsibilities Deliver hands-on configuration, integration support, and technical design for Client’s Workday Learning environment, working within NIIT's mentorship structure under Workday SMEs. This is a build-and-configure role, not an end-user/administration role. What You Bring - Required Skills Demonstrated hands-on configuration experience in Workday HCM/Learning — Business Process design, Supervisory Organisations, Security Groups, Calculated Fields EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) — building and troubleshooting integration templates, not just processing inbound files Custom, Advanced, and Matrix Report building in Workday Prac
