The Director, Integration & Project Management operates under the direction and oversight of the Chief Integration Officer & SVP of Operations and serves as a key execution partner assisting with driving the successful delivery of integration strategy, enterprise initiatives, and the project portfolio. This role functions as an extension of integration leadership, ensuring disciplined execution, alignment, and operationalization of priorities across the organization. Establish, implement, and enforce PMO governance, including project intake, prioritization, resource planning, and portfolio oversight to ensure disciplined execution across all initiatives. Develop and standardize project management methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting structures to drive consistency and scalability across the organization. Maintain visibility into the enterprise project portfolio, ensuring alignment across integration initiatives, operational projects, and strategic priorities. Oversee executive-level reporting, including dashboards, status updates, and governance materials for senior leadership and steering committees. Provide direct leadership, oversight, and development of the PMO team, including Project Managers and integration resources ensuring accountability, and prom
