YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER As part of the YouTube team - you’ll own the visual packaging of every video. You’ll design thumbnails that stop the scroll, communicate the value of each video in a split second, and drive click-through rate (CTR), all while keeping a consistent, recognizable channel identity. This is a fast-paced, high-volume, data-informed role where your work directly moves views, watch time, and channel growth. Thumbnails are your primary focus, but the role goes wider. You’ll also shape the channel’s broader visual design - community posts, banners, channel art, playlist covers, and other on-channel and promotional assets. So channels look sharp, cohesive, and on-brand everywhere our viewers see them. Curious to learn more?
