This role is central to turning Phoenix Tailings’ technology into real-world output, supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient production of critical metals needed for the technologies of today and tomorrow. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, mechanically minded, safety-focused, and excited to help build the foundation of a cleaner, more resilient metals supply chain. This role follows a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, working 3 days one week and 4 days the following week over night and receive night shift pay differential.
