The focus is on onboarding, client communication, follow-up, problem solving, and making sure the client experience stays smooth from the moment a client signs through the hiring process and beyond.</p> <p>A significant part of this role involves stepping in when things do not go according to plan. You may be handling an unhappy client, employee performance or attendance concerns, communication breakdowns, or other unexpected issues.
