Job Summary: The Standard is seeking a talented actuary to join the Asset Modeling Team within Corporate Actuarial and Risk Management (CARM). In this role, you will support the development, maintenance, and production of asset models used in asset-liability management (ALM), cash flow testing, regulatory reporting, and enterprise risk management activities. You will work with a broad range of asset classes, including corporate bonds, structured securities, commercial mortgages, derivatives, and alternative investments, while developing an understanding of how interest rates, credit spreads, and market conditions impact asset values, financial results, and the company's risk profile. Responsibilities include asset modeling, economic scenario generation and analysis, reporting, model governance, and process automation. You will gain experience with GGY AXIS, Moody’s Scenario Generator, Python, SQL, Power BI, and other actuarial and analytical tools while collaborating closely with actuarial modeling, ALM, governance, and reporting teams across the organization.
