The Opportunity The Affiliate Manager is responsible for growing CoinPoker 's poker affiliate book in the region, with a primary focus on sourcing, negotiating, and closing new affiliate deals, alongside the ongoing management and commercial performance of the existing partner book. The role is focused on identifying and closing new affiliate opportunities, structuring deals to attract players whose volume and longevity justify their cost, and cutting or renegotiating underperforming or low-quality sources quickly. The role requires a strong understanding of poker and the regional poker affiliate landscape, including how rakeback economics, player segments, and community credibility drive both acquisition and long-term player value. Key Responsibilities: Source, negotiate, and close new poker affiliate deals across the region, structuring CPA, rev share, rakeback-based, and hybrid arrangements within agreed commercial guardrails, escalating to senior management where terms fall outside them. Build and maintain a pipeline of new affiliate opportunities across the regional landscape. Structure and manage deals with an understanding of poker player economics, balancing rakeback and deal costs against player volume, longevity, and net contribution. Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the regional partner book, managing communication, relationship growth, and performance-focused partner management. Monitor deal-level and cohort-level performance, including traffic quality, rake generation
