AI Technical Product Manager

About You You are an AI Technical Product Manager who is passionate about building AI-powered products that solve real business problems and deliver measurable value. You are analytical, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and user experience to maximize the impact of AI investments. You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner. 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software products and product roadmaps. Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and managing product backlogs. Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals. Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering. Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Semantic Search, and Enterprise Knowledge Bases. Experience defining KPIs, measuring product performance, and driving user adoption. Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria. Experience leading Agile product delivery with cross-functional teams. Understanding of Data Governance, Analytics, Responsible AI, and AI governance principles. Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
