Airline Sourcing Manager

Your role What you'll be doing What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire an Airline Sourcing Manager on a permanent basis within our Lodging division. This position falls under our TA Connections line of business and is based in Germany. In this role you will be responsible for conducting market research to write intel reports and run market RFPs for airline and cruise line clients’ accommodations and transport needs for crew, DPAX (distressed passengers) and universal rates. You will handle and coordinate multiple projects (RFPs) in an efficient and timely manner by taking ownership of each task assigned. In addition, the Airline Sourcing Manager will liaise with other departments to ensure a swift, consistent and accurate handover of hotel options for the client. You will report directly to the Global Director of Airline Sourcing and regularly collaborate with teams and departments. Negotiating RFP terms and rates (crew, DPAX, URA—both hotels and transport). Completing contracting phase for DPAX hotels and transport, and URAs. Monitoring markets for price changes and escalate risk and opportunities, becoming a hotel market expert in assigned region. Developing pricing comparatives and perform analysis to present final hotel/transport options. Composing market intel reports for smaller cities to accompany the final report. Identifying savings and revenue potential in markets. Vetting hotels/transport vendors correctly to comply with each clients’ vetting criteria.
