Assistant Director, Data Science: Renter's Portfolio

Description The US Property & Specialty Product Design and Modeling team is looking for a sharp, driven Assistant Director to shape the future of pricing for our Renters portfolio. You'll sit at the intersection of advanced data science, business strategy, and cross-functional leadership— building models that directly drive profitable growth. Reporting to the Specialty Senior Director, you'll collaborate closely with teams across US Data Science, Product Management, Delivery, and IT. You'll have real ownership over high-stakes pricing programs and the visibility to influence decisions at the senior level. **Candidates who live within 50 miles of Boston, MA; Portsmouth, NH; Seattle, WA; Columbus, OH; or Plano, TX will follow a hybrid schedule, coming into the office two days per week. Analyze & iterate: Monitor Post Launch results and work hand-in-hand with business teams to refine go-forward market strategy.
