Summary: We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Product team. At Anaconda , the Product team connects ambition to execution - turning strategic priorities into shipped programs that advance our mission of making open-source AI and data science accessible to everyone. We build together across engineering, product, design, and GTM, sharing context early and staying accountable from kickoff to close. As a Senior TPM, you'll sit at the intersection of engineering operations and product strategy. You'll own multiple concurrent programs in an environment where the path isn't always defined, partnering closely with engineering leadership to build reliable delivery systems from scratch. What you'll do: Drive program strategy and execution across multiple concurrent engineering initiatives, building structure and delivery plans in ambiguous environments where processes don't yet exist. Partner with engineering leads and product managers to define program objectives, success metrics, and delivery milestones - and stay accountable for outcomes from kickoff through close.
