What you will do Develop, maintain, and support backend applications and services using Java and Spring Boot; Contribute to the development of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integrations under the guidance of senior team members; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs; Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives; Monitor application performance and help troubleshoot issues in production and non-production environments; Follow engineering best practices related to code quality, testing, documentation, and automation; Contribute to CI/CD processes and support cloud-native and containerized applications using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes; Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools, and development practices. We are looking for people with: University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; Experience or academic projects involving backend development with Java; Knowledge of RESTful APIs and object-oriented programming principles; Familiarity with Spring Framework technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Spring Security; Understanding of software development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns; Knowledge of software testing concepts such as unit and integration testing; Exp
