Associate Staff Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Requirements Experience : 4+ years Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Supply Chain Management (SCM) or AX 2012. Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Production Control, Master Planning , and Transportation Management. Proven experience leading end-to-end D365 SCM implementation projects from discovery through go-live and hypercare. Strong understanding of supply chain business processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Produce, inventory control, warehouse operations, and production planning. Experience conducting business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and functional consulting engagements. Expertise in configuring D365 SCM modules to meet complex business requirements and industry best practices. Experience creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business process documentation, test scenarios, user guides, and training materials. Strong knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing, regression testing, and production deployments. Experience providing L2/L3 functional support, troubleshooting complex production issues, and performing root cause analysis (RCA). Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes and managing incidents, problems, and change requests within SLA-driven environments. Experience using ITSM and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or ServiceNow
