Staff Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Requirements Experience : 5.5+ years Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) / Supply Chain Management (SCM) or AX 2012. Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 SCM modules including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Production Control, Master Planning , and Transportation Management. Proven experience leading full-cycle D365 SCM implementation projects from discovery through go-live and hypercare. Strong understanding of supply chain business processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Produce, inventory management, warehouse operations, and production planning. Experience conducting business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, solution design workshops, and requirements gathering sessions. Expertise in configuring Dynamics 365 SCM modules based on business requirements and industry best practices. Experience supporting both implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) engagements. Strong knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), deployment planning, and post-production support. Experience working within ITIL-based support frameworks and managing SLA-driven incident, problem, and change management processes. Proficiency in creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business process maps, RCA reports, test scripts, training materials, and solution documentation. Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps for support and project management. Knowledge
