Now Hiring: ATC Coordinator About the Role Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We’re hiring an ATC Coordinator to support our growing Attendant Care Monitoring team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly—ensuring accurate documentation, supporting payroll and compliance tasks, and helping maintain our high standards of service. If you’re a strong communicator, love structure, and enjoy working behind the scenes to support a mission-driven team, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do Keep things organized: manage spreadsheets, tracking tools, and reports to support compliance and informed decision-making. Stay on top of details: maintain accurate employee and member records in line with organizational and regulatory standards. Communicate professionally: respond to internal communications within one business day and ensure clear, respectful follow-up. Support the team: assist with payroll, vehicle compliance tracking, and day-to-day administrative needs as directed by the ATC Manager. Troubleshoot and problem-solve: apply critical thinking and a solutions-focused mindset when challenges arise. Embrace technology: use Microsoft Office (especially Excel), internal systems, and databases to keep processes running efficiently.
