For more information, visit www.blend360.com We are looking for an Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills and enjoys solving problems through automation, scripting, and process optimization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions, support data workflows, and identify opportunities to automate manual tasks. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to improve business and operational processes. Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and data workflows. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement automation solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing automation processes. Document automation workflows, technical solutions, and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, efficiency, and performance. Required: Strong experience with SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries. Experience developing automation solutions or process improvements. Preferred: Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). Experience with Python for scripting and a
