Backend Engineer - Growth Experiments We're looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Growth Experiments team in the Consumer Product group. You'll work on the systems that power experiments across Wolt's consumer app, helping millions of users discover the value of Wolt and building the habits that keep them coming back. This is a team that believes the fastest way to learn is by doing. We prioritize high-velocity experimentation over long development cycles, relying on rigorous A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes. Our philosophy is simple: ship small, learn fast, and compound the wins.
