OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Business Operations Director to build and run the operational engine that scales Customer Success at Quartile . This is an execution role: you turn strategy into shipped processes, working systems, and measurable results — on a defined timeline, with clear owners. You will lead a high-impact portfolio of initiatives across CS, RevOps, Product, Engineering, AI, Finance, and Data, driving operational excellence and AI adoption from opportunity to production. REQUIREMENTS: 8+ years in BizOps, Strategy, RevOps, CS Operations, or consulting, with a track record of shipping operational systems, not just recommending them. Has led managers and cross-functional programs to completion under deadlines. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Comfortable in the data (SQL, Power BI, or similar is a plus).
