The work: Creating intuitive, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences that support enterprise and mission-critical applications. Lead user research, design workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems while collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders in Agile environments. Provide technical mentorship, drives UX process improvements, promotes design standardization, and ensures compliance with accessibility and security requirements. Here’s what you need: Bachelors required 8 years experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and enterprise application experience. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms. Knowledge of Human-Centered Design (HCD), usability testing, and accessibility standards. Experience working within Agile development environments. Portfolio of work samples. Bonus points if you have: Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or related field. Experience with the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) or other enterprise design systems.
