You follow up on leads and convert them into active customer accounts, while delivering high-quality training to end users to increase product knowledge, usage, and overall satisfaction. You actively promote the use of Kaleido by providing product information, training, and tailored solutions to customers. You build and maintain strong, ethical relationships with healthcare professionals (nurses and physicians) and end users to expand market presence and increase market share. Additionally, you take ownership of identifying and implementing retention initiatives to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty of customers. 🔧 What You’ll Take On You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact within a small, motivated team with duties including: Co-ordinate, in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing colleagues, product training. Pro-actively collaborate with the Account Manager and other departments. Support the Training Manager with support and feedback regarding training modules for external customers.
