Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and certified CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT training, a passion for teaching, and a proven ability to deliver engaging and effective sessions across a range of CompTIA certifications. Key Responsibilities Deliver official CompTIA training courses (e.g., A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+, CASP+) to IT professionals and corporate clients. Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to client needs and learning objectives. Facilitate hands-on labs, simulations, and interactive sessions to reinforce learning. Stay updated with CompTIA certification updates, exam objectives, and best practices. Mentor learners pursuing CompTIA certifications and provide guidance on exam preparation. Collaborate with curriculum developers to enhance course materials and lab environments. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness. Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and documentation. Design and administer examinations and assessments to evaluate trainee performance. Support marketing and sales teams in promoting CompTIA training offerings. Required Skills and Qualifications Valid CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) credential. Minimum of 710 years of experience in IT training and technical instruction. Proven track record of delivering CompTIA certification training across various domains. Strong understanding of core IT concepts including hardware, networking, security, and troubleshooting. Excellent present
