Core Experience & AI Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the core platform experience and AI-powered personalization across our main site. You'll be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end user journey — from onboarding to activation — while leveraging AI to deliver highly personalized experiences at scale. This is an IC role with high autonomy and direct impact on millions of users. Responsibilities Own and drive core platform features across Homepage, User Center, AI Generative UI, and Market pages — including general site operations, compliance tracking, localization, and content display configuration. Design and optimize onboarding flows and user journeys to improve new user conversion and activation across key touchpoints, applying strong UI/UX sensibility and design thinking to 2C product experiences. Design and iterate on recommendation and personalization strategies to achieve personalized content delivery; partner with engineering teams to build and refine personalization engines and generative UI experiences that adapt to user context. Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders, and ensuring product delivery with strong stakeholder management.
