We’ve built one of the strongest paid acquisition engines in DTC, and our brand now needs to show up just as strongly in our customers’ inbox, their feed, their search results, and their doorstep. The next phase of growth means showing up with sharper, more consistent creative across every single one of those touchpoints. We’re looking for a Visual Designer who can move fluidly across our full creative surface: Email, Paid Ads, Amazon, Web Assets, and Landing Pages. This isn’t a role where you specialize in one lane and stay there. One day you’re concepting a campaign end-to-end; the next you’re turning around a fast set of on-brand assets or building out an email send. If you love variety and want real ownership over the work you touch, this role is built for you. You’ll work inside our design system every day in Figma, translating brand and platform guidelines into polished, production-ready creative that holds up whether it’s landing in an inbox, a feed, or an Amazon listing.
