As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Creative PM to help bring structure, momentum, and timeline management to our creative projects. This role sits at the intersection of big imagination and meticulous execution — perfect for an experienced freelancer who knows how to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. What You'll Do Creative Production & Project Leadership Own the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects across campaigns and marketing channels, from brief through to final delivery. Build and maintain production timelines and project plans, keeping every stakeholder aligned on what's happening and when. Translate creative concepts into actionable workstreams without losing the vision. Support the SVP of Marketing & Brand Director with kick-off meetings, creative reviews, and production check-ins. Manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously across your contracted hours. Process & Workflow Management Champion creative process standards — ensuring briefs are clear, feedback loops are tight, and nothing goes into production without the right approvals. Own and maintain Asana boards, workflows, and templates so the creative team stays focused on making, not chasing. Identify workflow inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements. Maintain version control and asset organisation across projects. Support the Director, Marketing Strategy & Ops with timelines that feed into the broader Marketing team timelines.
